Just a few pics to keep you quiet about me not posting anything in like a week!  Just got back from the Ritchie Reunion pics.  Getting this wedding posted today.  I promise.

Took these Saturday morning.  Somebody called me a slacker today…she was right!  Working tomorrow some though finally with no rowdy boys around running distrations!

Sorry, another one of these posts and no pictures to even try to make it more fun to read.  Let’s just get down to it.  I am teaching VBS this week at FUMC.  It’s a lot of fun, but I am no teacher and it is really kickin’ my butt.  I just figured out today that I will be able to be at the office tomorrow from about 1 to 3 and Friday from 1:30 to 3 (at least).  I have a huge box of orders that I will get invoiced and let those of you know who need those pictures.  Rachael worked on the wedding this morning and I will be looking through those tonight hopefully along with some family pictures from the weekend that I haven’t had a chance to look at either. 

I am closing it down for the month of August.  We have a two week vacation planned.  We will be cleaning and catching up at the office.  I will not place any orders in August.  So get your orders in to me in July or you won’t be seeing those pictures in your hands until September.  No more August appts. will be made.  Some are down and I will do those happilly.  I have two babies I am photographing every month and I will also do those, but that is it.  I am sorry but I will only have one week really to get the boys ready for school to start again.

I am trying to answer emails from home as I can, but can’t return calls from here unless you want to hear the wrestling match that is my life at home.  I promise you don’t want to compete with that noise trying to talk to me.  I will return calls tomorrow from the office.  Thank you all for understanding that one of the greatest perks of my job is being able to make my own schedule and putting my family first. 

Next week we will be photographing some cutie pie kids at Children Come First!  Can’t think of anything else, but as always if you need something please email fotobydeedra@aol.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

After we took her to the Wichita Mts., OKC Zoo and Redhawks games all in one day, she wasn’t sick of me yet and she let me take some pictures. 

There is nothing better to me than getting the call “can you come out to our place for pictures?”.  LOVE IT when that happens!

Me and Vikki went out to the BOooooWnIEs last Thursday night and I promise I have not forgotten about this completely adorable family we saw.  Sign below was made by the super cute mommy for us to find the place!  So cute!  Just loved it and all of them immediately.

Oh, and there were puppies too across the road from this sign.  I almost tried to talk one of them into getting into the truck with us!  But I didn’t.  Anyway, in my super summer daze with the family mostly gone now and our crazy surprise day in OKC yesterday out of the way (Wichita Mts., OKC zoo and OKC baseball game all in one day, I need a nap!)  I am sitting down to the computer to straighten my thoughts and get ready to work tonight.  More of this sweet family to come soon.

Now before I forget to remind everyone (I sound like a complete broken record, but don’t want to inconvenience anyone) the office is by appt. only.  My plans are changing daily and if it isn’t written down in my appt. book, it may not happen.  The office hours are by appt. only.  If you need to see us you have to make an appt. and it can’t be like the cable guy (between 8am and 5pm).  My babysitter can’t work that much and I can’t stay at the office that much right now.  I know that may be difficult for some of you, but I can’t do anything about it right now.

I think good times were had by all.  Tonight we get some Hibiscus and maybe a drive-in movie if the weather permits.  We love when the cousins come to town!

Month #3 for Bennett.  He is such a good boy.  Can’t wait for next month.  I already have an idea for him.  Thanks to the kind owners of the fireworks stand for helping us out this morning.  They were open early!!!!  It is right by Harris Nursery going out Kell West.  And we were able to get a little flower picture for Daddy!  We know how dads of boys love that!!!!!hahahahahaha

A few updates.  I will be off until Monday.  Spending Thursday through the 4th with family.  No wedding this weekend.  We are looking forward to a little break before the next 4 wedding weekends.  Brides we need to schedule a meeting to talk about your photo timeline and your family before your wedding and please remember all photography payments are due before your wedding.

If you need to schedule an engagement or bridal session for Fall, it is time to do that now.  I have a list for portraits in the park going, but will not schedule those appts. until after I have the boys fall baseball schedules.  Missed way too many games last year.

We got to see the new venue last night!  Coyote Ranch Resort looks good!  Can’t wait to take some pictures out there.  Our beautiful 2011 bride Blair was kind enough to invite us out with her last night.  We saw the entire property and went through a lot of different options she is going to have.  I am very excited about this place!
