I spent the greater part of last weekend with a really great group of people.  Elizabeth and Clayton’s wedding at First Christian Church October 16, 2010!

My friends The Two Clever Chicks were there.

The reception was at the Wichita Falls Museum, inside and out.

dinner was in a tent outside by the lake… 

and dancing was inside the museum…

ummmm, I think we have a new favorite dress!

little sister was quite the maid of honor…she loves her big sister so much!

ummm, yah, the dress was so amazing!  I feel like I said that already. 

of course they did it, never hesitated, met alone, just the three of us with our cameras were with them…seriously if they hadn’t done this they wouldn’t have gotten any of what follows because it was dark after the wedding…

Sorry, it’s time I move on to some other things…Kevin is kicking me off the computer to plan his trip to watch the Rangers tomorrow night!!!!!!  Go Rangers and congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Henry!

Kim and her crew did all the decorating at the Rehearsal dinner.  The food was from Riata in Fort Worth.  And the lovely toasts were from all their friends and family.  So sweet!

Shawn you had me at “pictures of the boys with baby cows”.  I have chased them 3 times.  I have really enjoyed the chase each time.  I look forward to seeing them again.

Elizabeth and Clayton were married last night at First Christian Church, so now I can show you her bridal portraits!

and the camera will love you back!  These are from Saturday morning.  Can’t imagine how awesome her bridals and their wedding photos will be!

I must thank Krysla for this shot.  I saw her pictures taken in this location and I asked if she could tell me where it is and she was so kind to give me amazing directions…10 minutes from my sister-in-law’s house!  I think I will be back!  The kids loved it BTW. 

they waited, what probably felt like forever to a kid, for her and I don’t think they are going to let her go.  I don’t blame them. 

and this one made me cry!  I love these kids, and their parents aren’t half bad either!  Thanks guys for coming to Flower Mound to meet me and doing a fast shoot surrounded by 4 other wild children playing in the water!  Yes, this spot looks so peaceful, and I am sure it is, when my kids and their friends aren’t there!  and now here are the rowdier kids…not talking about Leslie of course…

I had one more wonderful family on Sunday but they asked I not blog their pictures…and I am more than happy to honor that request.  If you would rather I don’t put your pictures up all you have to do is let me know.  More pictures from Monday coming soon!

So, my number one rule with kids and pictures is ”let them think they are in charge”.  Teddy was worried that my first time to meet little Miss E might not turn out so well.  It turned out so well that little Miss E wanted me to carry her all the way back to the car…now notice the light people.  This is 5 o’clock light (beautiful).  As the time change gets closer this will be 4 o’clock light.  Thus why I can’t make your appt. any later after the time change. 

Merrick (big sister) has known me all of her 5 years, so she is not afraid to be herself!  Funny little girl.

Another happy and adorabe and easy family from this weekend…and a fabulous red car!!!!
