Played a pretty good game of catch-up today after feeling like death most of last week. Don’t forget. Senior sessions are $11 this month. Tulips are getting close to being ready and they come and go fast, so don’t miss them (bluebonnets after that). Watch the blog for info about those. And here are all the shoots (most of them) that didn’t get their blog time last week.
While the pictures are loading, just a quick little note, Rachael is out until after the baby, so it’s just me around here. Please don’t stop in the office without making sure I am here first. Also, please get your album folders done. If your album folder is not done and your 6 month anniversary rolls around (that’s when your contract expires) you forfeit your albums and your credits. I have emailed and notified everybody of what needs to be done.
Some people don’t believe me when I say this, but I promise it is true. I take a lot of pictures of people and they never place an order. Now, seriously I know I am not perfect and when I have a bad shoot (and it’s my fault), I admit it and reschedule another or give your money back. I also know that time flies and gets away from you. I post my pictures for 3 months and tell people I will repost them for free if they need me to…but still I have tons of old sessions that orders were never made from. I have been pretty nice and kept all of them, but I just can’t do it anymore. I am deleting everything older than 1 year from now on. If you want your files, now is time to get them before they are gone forever! Contact me asap. I have already deleted some. No files are safe. If it has been one year since your pictures (weddings, engagements, bridals, babies, seniors, etc.) I will delete them when I get to them. It was freezing this morning and I made them take their sweaters off! Hope they still love me. If you want to check them out, they will be at Coyote Ranch Resort tomorrow.
Every once in a while they have to take a break from that Pennsylvania weather and come back for some Texas time…and I ‘m lucky because they come see me too! See you in May girls and please, please bring Daddy with you.

While I am loading these pics, I want to go through a few album things. We are doing our very best to get completely done with albums, completely caught up, before Rachael has her baby. Rachael does most of the albums. So, we are trying to make them as simple and easy, for you and us, as possible. The favorite folders cannot have more than 100 photos in them. The reason–we can only get 100ish photos in an album and if you give us too many to choose from, we always pick the wrong ones and then you want us to change them…and that takes more time and we only allow for 5 changes. More than 5 changes results in more cost for you. I wish I could get more pictures in the albums, but I can’t without charging you more for larger albums. The cost is figured in to the packages and I can’t upgrade for free. I hope all that makes sense and I appreciate your understanding.
Now here’s the next album…it is a little different because the bride opted for a different size page.

Seniors 2011~March 2011 Senior sitting fees are $11. Time to book. Get them done soon. Waiting until April or May just adds a lot of stress to your already busy lives!
Brides and Grooms~wedding dates for 2011 are filling up. Remember I don’t hold dates without a contract and a retainer. I booked 2 weddings last week and have talked to two more couples this week. And we will be making vacation plans soon.
Please remember the office hours are by appt. only. Rachael is getting close to having a baby, so it is just me most days and I can’t stay here all day, and take pictures, and run errands and all the other fun stuff I have to do.
