ORDERS: It is the Client’s responsibility to contact the Studio to order and collect items owed to the Client. Client must make album order before contract expires six (6) months after date of event. All images will be imprinted with studio logo. For display portraits, the Studio needs 30 business days for production or a “rush” charge will apply. Shipping charges will apply to all orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
This is straight from my wedding contract and it is time for me to stop being so nice about it. This week I have 3 albums to be picked up, one that was picked up and 7 on the way in the mail. I am not picking on anyone, but that is too hard on my checking account at one time. So, from now on, we are sticking to the contract. It’s simple. If I owe you something you have 6 months to get it. If I contact you and you don’t get back to me, you lose your credits/albums/etc. Once I proof an album to you, you have two weeks to come in or make changes by email. If you do not get back to me within two weeks, the album will be printed as is. I am sorry, I know you are busy, but I am busy too, and I have new weddings and new albums being added to a long list all the time. We are keeping to our end of the deal of having an album proof ready in 6 months, so now you have to keep to your end of the deal (or the contract).
